At the end of May, on the verge of a feisty New Zealand winter, there was a Saturday that threatened thunderstorms, lightning, hail and other weather that no bride would wish for on her wedding day. But as the sun rose on Scott & Alecias big day, the clouds parted and we were gifted one of the most beautiful days in Hamilton. A day filled with beautiful Mustangs, nosy tourists, crazy speeches and much laughter.

So many lovely handmade elements made this day uniquely theirs. The dresses were all made by the bride's Grandmother, one of the cars was lovingly restored by the groom himself,  and the amazing flowers for the girls, ceremony and the reception were all done by a close friend! Here is their story and all the fun that ensued...
